My dear seeds,
One day a man heard that happiness was a treasure, from that moment he began to look for it, and said: where am I going to go first? Well, he first ventured for pleasure, for everything sensual, pretty women, everything that was beauty, you understand.
Then he said: I will continue with power, and wealth. So he traveled, he traveled, he obtained power, wealth and then he said: now I lack fame and glory. Then he wanted to be an actor, he had fame and glory, they applauded him, he was well known and so he went through the world of pride, knowledge, travel, work, leisure, and everything that was within his reach, everything what he saw he did, everything, to find happiness.
And one day he dreamed that he had two months to live, two months! And he believed it.
He had lived so long, it had been that dream, that he said to himself: I am going to dedicate these two months to sharing everything I have: experience, knowledge, life, with the people around me and that I know. And that seeker of happiness who was that man who wanted to seek happiness so much. He found inside himself what he could share, in the time he dedicated to others, in the renunciation he made of himself, to serve, was the treasure, can you imagine, my seeds?
He realized that, giving up himself, to serve others, was the treasure that he had wanted so much to find!
And so in this way he understood that to be happy one needs to love, accept, accept life as it comes, feel loved and valued, and accept oneself as one is, accept oneself as each one of us, and we enjoy what we have, we enjoy what we have, always enjoy, with what we have, and yet, how much we suffer for what we yearn for, for what we do not have.
My seeds, the man found happiness in himself, but he was not satisfied with everything he had, and he only achieved it by transmitting that great treasure he had accumulated, because he had forgot about himself, thinking of others, and that is giving them love, give them courage, give them that affection that those around us need so much, and that humility made him happy, and made him understand that true wealth is what one has and not what one wants.
Yearning, everyone always yearns for something, but what good will it do us?
Desire, once we have it, or have possessed it, no longer interests us.
With all my love,
Your Planter
