Many times we talk about the Enseñanza (the Teaching) and we ask questions, we would like to know where did the Enseñanza come from, where was it born?, who transmits it?, where is it going?, what is the mystery of it?, and why does the Teaching exist? And why does the Teaching exist? What do we make of it?

But there is a very important question: What do we receive in the first level of Neural Stimulation? What is it that happens to us? Or, rather, what is the name of this Enseñanza that awakens our Divine Atom?

That question you have to ask yourselves, that is a very important question, my dear seeds, one of the answers is very simple.

When this awakening truly enters with the Enseñanza; three fingers are needed for the technique, but it is for awareness, there is no mystery. The mystery is Faith, to believe in it, and by believing you actualise, not only the healing of the Soul, but simply the miracles that you come to realise, but it is by your faith.

There is another question I have been asked many times. Jardinera, men and women alike, gentlemen and ladies alike. Jardinera, why is it that when we have the Enseñanza, after a while, the libido goes down?

I no longer have those desires to share with my husband, my lover, my friend, my partner Why?

It is very simple, because in that moment, that Divine Atom, that health that I always talk to you about, that great force is the connection.

You call it the higher self, you can call it with the Divine Light, you can call it with God, you can call it with the Universe, you can call it with that Divine Atom. And you will understand that it is the opening and the connection to Universal Memory, it is energy pure and simple, energy.

But there is a transformation in our anatomy, our body, a total transformation, and you have already observed it most of you, we are no longer the same as before, it is impossible.

Some of the seeds, some people, start to develop for commerce, for business, for all that is economics, for work, for home, for marriage, for children, for all the daily things of life.

And at other times, there is the awareness of the Soul, the Soul is when we start working, not waking up, because the Soul is always awake and alive, it is with us, from the moment we are born, until our last breath.

That Soul begins to activate and for it the most important thing is the whole path of the Universe, the path that we call Spiritual. It doesn't mean that we have to be spiritual, no, everyone has to choose what they like or what they do or atheists, it is as noble as spirituality.

It is for every human being and for every living being, it means that there is an awakening of consciousness and it happens, some people have no carnal desire, it is a desire that every human and animal being has, that is why I have spoken to you many times our animal instinct is called sex and it is an animal instinct because it is to procreate and to continue the name, the lineage, survival or the planet, but that was at the beginning of the beginning.

Nowadays it has a different name, now it is called violence and animal. But let's go back to the beginning. This instinct is dying out in many, many people, men and women. There are many, many men, it's harder for them to say it, but many say, I no longer have that desire. Is that normal? Yes, it is normal, because that is where not only the elevation of the Soul comes in, but also gentleness, tenderness, caresses, understanding and true love, which is the love that I am always talking about and that you have heard me talk about.

Friendship, more than family, is friendship, for a friend you give your life. For a true friend, wherever he or she is or has a problem, you go to help them and give them a hand. How many times have we heard?

I have a friend who has only one kidney, I have given her one. I have a friend who I have given a transplant, I have given him blood, I have given him marrow. How many times has it been done and will it be done? That is authentic and true love.

It is not forbidden to be physical, on the contrary, that is what man and woman are constituted for, it is a physical desire.

How would offspring come about, how would one have the pleasure of being a mother or a father? It is something marvellous. The moment of creating and having them in your arms, what is difficult, and it’s difficult, is to educate them. Bringing them up is the hardest thing in the world and the most difficult.

But we come to this question: Is it normal not to have desire or to lower this need? Yes.

Wait for a while, prepare the caresses differently, take a few days off, prepare a trip, prepare a weekend together and above all talk to each other. Dialogue is very important in a couple and in a family, between everyone, friends, between everyone.

To talk is to heal, if a person talks, they empty the poison, empty the resentment, empty the pain and are so light, so free.

It is as if the chains were cut off, as if they had wings to fly, and it is necessary to talk about it because I know so many young and not so young people. They pretend to feel something at times when they have to give pleasure to their partner and pretend, yes, they will give pleasure, but they will not be happy.

And I can tell you this because I have lived it and I have done it, I have lived it and I have done it.

But the day I felt free was the happiest day of my life because I can finally talk, and that's wonderful. And true love is holding hands, walking the road together, giving each other a caress, leaving a written note, not just on the fridge or on the pillow or in a place where you know he or she is going to pass by, but making a surprise.

But the other way of love is also to open the door of the car, or to let someone pass in front of it, or simply to see something beautiful in a shop window and to say, she will like this. Or I like it, I'm going to buy it for him or her.

Or simply that I am not cold, I give you an example, my feet are frozen and my most beautiful gift has been a small electric blanket. You can't know, it's a gesture of love, for me it's great and everywhere I go I walk with my electric blanket, even in hot places, because for me it's a company, but it can be a thousand things, an object, a photograph.

This is an answer to the question you have asked me many times.

I'm afraid because if I refuse, my partner might think that I don't care for them, that I'm tired or that I don't want them or that I have someone else.

No, no, you have to talk, always dialogue and say I don’t feel well, I'm not well. If it's the men, they will understand that we always have excuses, headache, this hurts, that hurts, we always find excuses.

If it's them, sometimes they say, I'm tired, today I've worked a lot, today I've had a horrible day, but you always have to talk about it and you will see that you will feel good, know that it's normal. If you feel your body, that desire, fire or whatever you want to call it, will be much greater in tenderness, sweetness, in that love that is authentic.

So rest assured that it is part of the Enseñanza, it is nothing abnormal but the opposite, the most natural thing in the world. There are no excuses to say I have the menopause or andropause, no, it is normal, but always continue with joy and hope.

The little tingles or butterflies in your stomach is a beautiful thing that you experience once when you are 15, 20 or more, but those little tingles are what makes the world move and the world is love.
