Recognise Truth

My Dear Seeds,

Today, we will share another message—this one is a little different.

There was a doctor who promoted himself extensively through propaganda and marketing. He proudly proclaimed, "I am the only one in the world who can remove the hump from all those people who were born with it, or those who have developed one due to a deformity."

He was referring to a lump on the back or a misaligned spine. Other doctors dismissed his claims, saying, "It's impossible." But he insisted, "No, I can do it—and it works! I make them straight."

Out of curiosity, people began to visit him. The news spread far and wide, and soon, he had long lines of patients. One patient said, "Doctor, remove my hump."

"Very well, come into the office," the doctor replied.

Inside, there were two square wooden planks, not very large. The doctor instructed, "Sit on the floor and lie on your back on this wooden plank."

The patient asked hesitantly, "Doctor, aren't you going to operate?"

"No," the doctor replied. "I’m going to remove your hump."

The patient, though doubtful, agreed. Once the patient was lying down, their back flat against the wooden plank, the doctor placed the other plank on their chest. He then wrapped a strap around the two planks.

The doctor climbed on top and began to jump—jumping, jumping, jumping.

The patient screamed in pain, shouting, "It hurts!"

The doctor reassured them, "Don’t worry, your hump will be gone."

He jumped so much that, indeed, the hump broke. But as the doctor helped the patient stand, the patient said, "Doctor, you’ve caused me so much pain—I think I’m going to die. I can’t bear it."

The doctor calmly replied, "Didn’t you ask me to remove your hump?"

"Yes," said the patient, "but you’ve killed me."

And the doctor, unfazed, said, "I told you I would remove your hump—I never said whether you’d live or not." The patient collapsed and died. He no longer had a hump, but he no longer had life either.

This story teaches us that, nowadays, whether it’s on TikTok, on your phone, or on television, we are sold and promised miracles.

There are so many creams that claim to remove wrinkles, smooth your skin, contour your face, and make you look 20 years younger in just a few days. There are pills to help you lose weight, injections that promise to drop you a dress size, and so-called "miracle" medicines.

Everyone rushes to buy these miracle creams, pills, and devices.

And what happens once we’ve tried them? We realize that not even the best cream with all its fancy ingredients can truly make wrinkles disappear or make us younger. They might improve our appearance slightly, but it’s artificial.

Taking care of yourself is important—I always recommend that—but we must open our eyes and be cautious. With artificial intelligence, they can now create photos that don’t even resemble the real you. They edit pictures, change colors, make you look thinner, or give you fuller lips and larger eyes—whatever you want.

My seeds, think of that doctor—a fraud and a liar—whose only goal was to deceive and make money.

Don’t let yourselves be influenced by everything you see and hear.

If you decide to try something, do it with a professional. Otherwise, refrain. There are no miracles for weight loss, and as many people say, the best method is to "sew your mouth shut." Either that, or have the willpower to eat healthily and exercise.

Be prudent and don’t believe everything they say—it’s not true.

The first step is to take care of yourself from within, and beauty will shine outward. True beauty comes from the heart. It is love that will make you stand out and be noticed.

And this way, you won’t waste your money unnecessarily.

With all my love,
Your Gardener

P.S. You can laugh, but it’s a great truth—you don’t have to fall for those deceptive temptations. Be happy, smile—that’s what leads to true beauty. A smile, now that’s real beauty and joy!

With all my love,
Jardinera
